  • It is true - service can make or break your experience. I have been to Narcisi in the past and it has been great, but last night I went for my dad's birthday and the waitress (Victoria) was the worst restaurant worker I have had the pleasure of dining with. She was rude. She brought out the wrong appetizers (and had the nerve to charge for them), spilled wine when she poured into our glasses, waited 20 minutes to tell us that many of the items we ordered were out of stock and then brought a meal 30 min gate the others. Luckily, the manager understood our pain and aggravation. Will I go back after my Victoria experience? Can't say I will. She was THE WORST.
