| - This place deserves negative stars! Do not waste your time here. There is constantly something going wrong in our apartment. Leaks that they won't fix because they claim that "that just happens in our apartments". A week after I had my baby, they left notes on everyone's doors saying they would be in our units, for a week, switching out the electrical, and that we would have to move everything away from the walls. So not only was that extremely invasive because I'm trying to breast feed and care for my child, with a bunch of strangers in my entire house, but it was super loud and I had to sit in a pile full of stuff that used to be next to the walls.... and that's not all, after they supposedly did us a favor by "upgrading our electrical," (which just consisted of them changing the face plates), more than half of our electric outlets no longer worked. And we didn't even let them know because we were so sick of them invading our space! We literally just live with half the outlets now... a couple weeks after that, they left another note saying we would have to move everything again because there was inspector coming to look at everything. After moving everything again, for this "inspector" a man who seemed to have no idea what he was doing, came in and looked at our washer and dryer, and left.... a couple weeks after that, our hot water heater broke. It took them several days to fix it. The man that first came to look at it said we really didn't need to move any of the boxes we had out there as long as they had room to move the water heaters in and out, but the next day when they came to fix it, it started leaking and they didn't even have the common decency to let us know about it so all of our boxes of books and clothes were completely drenched and destroyed... and when we called the office they acted like that was our problem. A week after that our kitchen light went out on a week day when they are supposedly in the office from 9-6, I called the office ten times throughout the day to see if someone could come fix it and no one ever answered. We would have changed it ourselves, but it's one of those fancy lights and we weren't sure how it worked. Not only didn't we have to called some professionals to figure out how it worked but we had to pay $20 out of our own pocket for this stupid light bulb. Now our dishwasher is broken, and rather than wasting time with this worthless management team we are just washing our dishes by hand... our lease is up in 3 months and I have never been so excited to get the he** out of a place before!!!
