  • Disappointed with this property and we have been at many around the world. The shower was horrible, bed just o.k. Television remote did not work. When we tried to getting out of the parking garage with validated parking it never worked. We had to put the car in park, buzz, give out room number and wait to be let out. Worst was when we checked out and informed them the t.v remote didn't work we were told we should have called for maintenance to come and show them what was wrong...seriously! We are in out p.j's at 11 at night and suppose to call someone and have them come into the room? Everything was an excuse at the desk, they took no responsibility for anything or even offer an apology for the inconvenience.
