After six months it looks as if my billing issue has been resolved. Although I wish this could have been solved without having to leave a negative review first I am glad its over.
I must commend Dr. Khavkin for taking the time to personally call me and help fix the issue as well as Elman for emailing me to follow up and make sure it was being fixed. For a very busy surgeon like Dr. K to take time and respond to reviews and get involved in billing issues it really says how much he cares about his practice.
