  • Our pool is beautiful. My complaint is getting these people to call you back is a pain. Our pool had a slide and the job supervisor told the installer to install it at an angle and not straight across. He said if it's installed straight across the person on it will slide into the wall of the other side of the pool. The installer didn't listen and did it his way. We tried to talk to A.J and he said he would have someone look at it. Seventeen days later we went back because no one called. They then said it was our problem to fix. It is a law suit liability. We are contemplating talking to a attorney. You'd think that after paying $52,000 for this pool they'd make sure it was done correctly. I wouldn't recommend getting anything from Desert Spring pools because they don't stand behind their work...I'm editing my review. They finally called us after this review posted. They came and fixed the tile missing grout, but the slide we are stuck with
