Visited for brunch at about 11 a.m. on June 12th. I ordered the eggs Florentine. I got an over buttered rendition of a Hollandaise sauce and raw spinach with a side of burnt "home fries". Eggs Florentine is traditionally made with blanched spinach. After complaining, the waitress said, "that's how we make ours". She offered to take it back but if I've learned anything from the media, it's don't send back your food! She then concluded with, let us know next time and we'll grill the spinach. Uhhh... there won't be a next time!
