  • Being a first time home buyer and not sure how to change the locks... We tried to go to home Depot and lowes and they don't do that anymore without purchasing a new lock there. Which can be costly. We called Ben and was very helpful and empathetic to our situation (of needing our locks changed asap) he sent someone out right away to assist. Not only was it convenient, affordable, and fast he was very nice and got the job done. Would definitely recommend!
