  • The spa was extremely disappointing!! Terrible amenities. It is very unfortunate Bc this is a beautiful property and with a little love and renovation this spa would be amazing!!! Everything was broken including the steam room, jacuzzi and the only thing workin was the hot showers and warm pool but had aunts everywhere. The inside women's amenities area looked very scary... like a scene from an old, 1970's horror movie. No joke! The steam room was old, musty, mold everywhere... extremely dark and then i soon realized it wasn't working. The locker/shower/inside pool area looked like a dark dungeon and didn't even smell like a fresh spa... i was just very shocked to see a place like this... so devastating. The staff was super nice and they felt bad Bc nothing was working... the problem is the amenities. I would never take Family here and i won't return unless they renovate this places.
