  • After looking at their reviews I was VERY SKEPTICAL to place an order with them. And I told BeBe that when she answered the phone to take my order. However she was very kind and acknowledged their low ratings. She also assured me that they no longer conducted business that way and if I gave her the chance she would prove it to me. Frankly I had used that location before and didn't have any issues. Yet I was pretty skeptical, their overall rating was 2 stars. So I made BeBe a deal, I would place my order AND pick it up myself to see the quality of the job. I told her that she would only get one of two ratings from me, either a glowing 5 star rating or a dismal 1 star rating. She assisted me in choosing the right arrangement, suggested a chocolate "popsicle" happy birthday add on, and assured me that it would be waiting for me when I arrived. When I arrived, Katrine greeted me and I briefly told her the story. She was very kind and helpful. She assisted me in choosing a card and waited while I wrote it. When she brought the arrangement out, well let me tell you, it was beautiful. And besides being beautiful when I took it to my friend's veterinarians office she insisted that I try a few pieces. The fruit was ripened to perfection. It was sweet, tasteful and down right delicious. Did I mention beautiful? So I can with 100% certainty that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location of Edible Arrangements. Just make sure you get either BeBe or Katrine and tell them that Mark sent you. Obviously they get a 5 star rating.
