Wow!!! What a wonderful staff!!! Now it makes sense why patients bring them gifts!!! I had to have a root canal done today and was extremely anxious (all weekend) and it was written all over my face! The office personal were so welcoming and calm, I started to feel at ease. Then, they called my name!!! Panic set in! I had a terrible experience at another facility, so I was a LOT uneasy!!! I also explained that I have a high tolerance to Novocain. It does take several shots to numb me enough for ANY procedure. They listened to my concern and realized I was not kidding. ( I mean, who really likes their entire face to be numb for 5 hours? Not me) but it runs in my family and it was explained that being super nervous/anxious can play a roll on how well it works and lasts. Once I was comfortable, the procedure began. I was told what was going on during the entire process plus some small talk was done back and forth. Believe it or not, made me feel better. I am a "SUPER BABY" when it comes to my mouth/teeth! I just can't help that. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and treated me with respect and didn't make me feel like I was causing a problem. I have to go back in 3 weeks for ANOTHER root canal and know I will be taken care of with kindness. I would recommend them to anyone needing a root canal or any other major dental procedure!!! I am NOT looking forward to having another root canal done in 3 weeks however, I DO know I am in the BEST hands!!! Thank you!!! Sorry for being a 36 year old baby!!! :)
