rev:text	Please read...The worst experience with any service I have ever had! I hired Tim thinking that they would bring buyers in droves, Tim did not bring a single buyer to my house. What's worst I lost almost 4K in value the first day from my Zestimate, because he listed the house incorrectly on the MLS 3 times. It took 3 more corrections for him to finally list the house correctly.. actually I had to call the owner of the agency to make the final correction... yes I said 3 mistakes on the mls listing. They say 1st impression is everything, well he blew mine by his carelessness. Also I felt we were listed too high because we had lots of showings with no offers.. so I kept calling him to lower the price he assured me we were priced correctly. We made 2 inappropriate price adjustments before lowering the price dramatically but missing out on all the summer buyers that other agents were bringing in. When we FINALLY got an offer, which he sent via email and didn't explain in detail just on the phone briefly, I questioned it and said I didn't want to lower my price even more as requested. His response was very upset, he raised his voice at me and told me to just forget it, and he would tell them no! Then he said he thought we should take the house off the market a full 24 days early! The sale finally fell apart completely and I was told that the buyers had put their house back on the market a full week prior to my being told that the contingency fell though. I lost money in that week on movers and deposits. It was like pulling teeth to get any updates or information it was so stressful I didn't feel he was looking out for me at ALL! He never even called me after showings NOTHING, I had to chase him down on the phone to see what was happening, he puts you in some "showing time" Application instead of handling the showings and feedback personally! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
