  • I really wanted to like this place because it's so close to home and I can't seem to find any good doctors in Surprise. However, unfortunately, I was very underwhelmed. The receptionist wasn't very friendly. The MA was ok. Then I waited for what seemed like an eternity in the exam room which was surprising since I had only seen 1 other patient there, but ok, whatever. The nurse practitioner was nice but she was very quick with her exam (standard well woman) and she was out of the room before I knew what had happened. She never asked me if I had any questions or anything I wanted to discuss, which I did. I asked the MA a question on my way out and she gave me a quick answer and obviously didn't want to talk to me. I understand it was a Friday afternoon, but not really a great way to treat patients.
