  • After a horrible recent experience with Banfield, I'm afraid I have to retract my previous good review. This is no reflection on the veterinarians at this establishment, they've always been great. But when my dog had an urgent back injury and needed to be seen asap, the woman that answered the phone was rude, uncaring and unsympathetic. When she asked what was wrong with him, I explained that he was shaking uncontrollably, and she said "Oh yeah, that means he's in a lot of pain. I can't get him in until Monday (I called on a Saturday). You'll just have to go somewhere else." I paid good money for his wellness plan, but it's since been canceled. I called a vet in my vicinity, and they were happy to squeeze him in considering the urgency of his condition. I will never use Banfield again.
