  • This is a great office, and the staff and assistants are very courteous and helpful. But the problem is the dentists!!! I would like to comment particularly about Dr. Cox! Although I am sure that he is a skilled and good dentist, he should not be around "kids." And I am appalled that he chose pediatric dentistry as a career path! His impatience and intolerant nature with kids almost severely traumatized our daughter and it took us long time to undo the damage he caused. He is an OK dentist if you only go for regular visits to the office and when and if your kid does not have any issues. But, if anything beyond checking up needs to be done, and if your child is anxious or nervous, he will not tolerate it or do anything to help your child calm down. He even made us very uncomfortable telling us "I won't do anything if she keeps crying; just stop her"! Very rude and unprofessional dentist. I would stay away.
