  • We recently hired Pour Masters for my wedding. And the results were less than stellar. First off they were asked to not put a tip jar out as we didn't want our guests to have to feel obligated to tip. The bartenders went ahead and put a tip jar out anyway, they also hid this tip jar behind a column so my coordinator could not see it and tell them to remove it. Also the champagne glasses were not filled for the champagne toast - there was a last minute rush to get that all done (caterers stepped in to help). AND the final straw... when the night was over the bartenders asked if they could take a case of wine home!!! Are you kidding me?!
