  • Don't be fooled by their good manners, prompt response, courteous demeanor, attention to detail, quick and thorough work - the list could go on and on. It's not a surface act. I have never worked with a more dependable group...ever. From the first call to the last, it was everything I expected and more. Our water heater leaked and fortunately was caught quickly, damaging the garage wall and inside through the bathroom into the study. The insurance company said, "Pick one" -- so we went to Yelp to evaluate the recommended fixers. Advance Pro was here in 45 minutes, worked into the night, and had the remediation established before they left about 11pm. Let me tell you - there is NOTHING more rewarding when dealing with an emergency than confident and speedy people who KNOW what they're doing. And from there til the fixes were all done down to the last nail, we never failed to find a smile and, "we'll handle it" from them, which put a smile on us -- hard to come by under these circumstances. Okay, so who are our heroes: the first night they were Victor and Francisco, Dayna and Sachi handle the office affairs, Brad and Roderick the coordination (I believe there are the logistics of several teams plus insurance), and Carlo -- and you can't believe what a can-do attitude HE had making everything look right again. Kudos...my name is Tim Williams, my partner is Kim Wilshire, we approve these words, and we have never been prouder to show our appreciation. Thanks folks...I feel somehow we can call you folks.
