  • We went to Sammy Hagars birthday bash concert 10/18/2014. While Sammy and his crew put on an incredible show I have to share my displeasure with the events center. Right from the start we were up sold on our ticket to so -called limited vip seating area. I found it to be somewhat of a joke as there were only a few seats in the vip area that had a good view of the stage so right away that was 130$ Above and beyond the ticket price wasted. Opon entering the venue we were offered an unlimited drink wristband for 50$ and the girl who sold it told me specifically they had cabo wabo tequila available with the wristband ( lie) and that they had a large variety of beers available, again a lie as they only offered pabpst and Carona light Worst part was the 50 minute wait in line to get a drink Also by 1/2 way into the concert the bathrooms were out of toilet paper even though I politely advised workers they were still empty an hour later I am extremely disappointed in this venue and feel as if I was at the very least misled into spending a lot of extra money for things that were not delivered as advertised I would love to get some input from anyone in management to respond to my dissatisfaction
