  • Ride Now is only 3 blocks from my house. I bought a new tire and tube for my sons KTM 65 under the pretext that they would install it for free as they advertise it with big signs all over their store. When I got to the service room I was informed that it would cost me $50 to have it installed. When asked about their advertised commitment they informed me that my bike did not apply to the free install. As to be expected I was pretty upset. I will never do business with this company again. I live by my word and they should live by there's.
