The actual movers on both ends, particularly Kane, Deondre and Eddie on the receiving end were absolutely amazing. Couch was too big to get through the door so the lifted it and pulled it up over the 2nd floor balcony. Truly couldn't have asked for better.
The customer service department on the other hand, that's a different story. They will tell you anything you need to hear to get your business and then not return any calls or emails. I moved from L.A. to Phoenix - 400 miles - a 5.5 hour drive. I was told that it would be delivered anytime over a 12 day period from when they picked it up, but that was really just to cover any issues that may come up and it really should just be a few days and that they would call and update me as things moved along. Not only did I not get any updates, they didn't return any of my 4 phone calls to them looking for status and finally delivered in the afternoon of the 12th day.
Overall, I got my stuff and it was in good shape, but the fact that they had zero communication with me left a bad taste in my mout
