  • I dropped my iPad off for a new screen during a 3,000 mile move. Life got crazy, and we did not go back to pick it up for nearly 2 months when we were next in Las VEGAS. My iPad had been transferred to the main store for storage and safe keeping. In the paperwork it states that your stuff is forfeit if you leave it for over 30 days. Not only were they happy to give me back my forgotten ipad, but my new screen is perfect. My kids were heartbroken to lose their shiny box. I'm appreciative to the management for choosing to be good people.
