  • So family and I are here visiting from NY and Chicago....We are heading up to Los Angeles for business and to see family. Our tire gauge kicks on and alerts us to a low pressure for one or more tires or a slow leak or puncture. Discount Tire in Tempe is closed. Walmart Auto Center doesn't exist for the Elliot/Guadalupe location. We go to a "Ron's Tire Service" in Tempe and although the lot is full of cars and the door to the office is open, the guy smiles at me and says "We're closed." Highly doubt it-I think unless you are buying a tire they are closed. Really poor customer service. Last resort I googled open tire shops on my I-phone. Your business popped up. We made the trip to your location. On duty was "James". He was professional from the moment we arrived. Explained that we are heading to LA and we really needed him to assist us since we had experienced problems with getting some assistance this Labor Day w/e on a Sunday. Right away he took care of us. Checked all the tires, found the one with a nail in it, patched it, tested it and sent us on our way for a very affordable price. We made it to LA as planned without any tire issues. James is professional, competent, courteous, lady friendly and definitely ethical....we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing brand new tires or tire repair. I sure hope this gentleman is appreciated by the business that employs him-if not I will hire him in a flash. Great work James and Thank you! D.J.
