  • This is the Hilton. I thought that means "The Best", BEWARE... It is NOT! I stayed in rm # 2429 The air conditioning was NOT working, the room service dinner was- overcharged " CARDBOARD FOOD ", the In room fridge would not cool anything even at the coolest setting, only 1 towel was in the bathroom, no soap to even wash my hands!!! A very sweet little old man came at midnight to finally fix the air conditioner, ( unfortunately, he could not fix it, he did say he'd try to find a little desk fan somewhere but he wasn't able to.) so to recap, - very over priced very bad food, no soap, or towels, no air-conditioning, non working refrigerator ! When brought to the attention of the administration, absolutely no help ... Just " I'm sorry" I'm NEVER coming back here !
