  • We bought two units @5 years ago. One started malfunctioning since week one, it has been a nightmare. Over a month ago, again, it stopped working, the technician came and told me a needed a part, @$2000.00, that it would get here in two weeks. . . it has been over a month! This company is awful! They only care about the money but could care less about people's safety and wellbeing. . . 119 degrees with NO air!!!!! Not only inhumane but I would venture to say CRIMNAL!!!!!
