Rochelle is a very rude cashier and Management does not respond to customer complaints.
On November 9 2017 12:50PM I took my purchases up to the counter to pay. I only had a handful of items in my basket. I placed my basket on the counter rather than unload it and place the items on the conveyor belt. I guess this offended Rochelle because she took my basket and turned it upside down and dumped my contents on the counter. There were bottles in my basket that could have been broken. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. She showed no respect for me as a customer. I responded to the survey as requested on my receipt. I also sent the company a direct email detailing my complaint. I have yet to hear from management.
