  • Terrible customer service by Caleb, he does not answer the phone, nor his emails not his voicemail. Decent haircut for the price, but absolutely not worth the aggregation of dealing with such an unpleasant person. The girl (forget her name) that did one of my touch-ups did a terrible job, uneven on the sides and not blended at all. If the model of one haircut + free touch-up is what appeals to you, check out the Uptown Toronto location (Yonge and Eglinton) of Mankind. This location is beyond subpar, do not patronize them with your business.
