  • We hired Marc to come out and clean our pool tile this spring and we are glad that we did! We have a large (and deep) diving pool and the tile had become very encrusted with calcium and mineral buildup. It had gotten so bad that I wasn't even sure it was possible to clean the tile. Marc came out and spent nearly an entire day blasting the tile and now it looks awesome! It was a very big job as our pool was drained and much of the job required working on a ladder and parts of the tile were not easily accessed. Marc's rig is very professional. He clearly has a lot invested in his business and he wants it to succeed. No corner was cut and he cleaned up after himself. The job was completed on schedule and his estimate was what we paid. There were no surprises or extras. We are very satisfied with Marc's work and would hire him again. Marc is indeed the Pool Tile Dr.! I would also like to add that Marc's co-business is the Pool Deck Dr. We also hired him to repair the old/chipped Cool Decking around the pool. His crew ground down the old Cool Decking and resurfaced it with a new coating and it looks great! I expected that it would look nice, but I didn't realize how bad it had gotten until I saw the new surface installed. That, along with the freshly cleaned pool tile, has made our back yard look new again!
