  • The manager reached out and I misunderstood the hydro massage benefit. Where I live we have added perks available for all snap members at no additional cost (tanning in the city I live vs video training/ personal showers at my home gym which is a half hour away but what can I say? I love that place). We do however have vending machines that you can use your card to bill your account that is available only at your home gym so the concept makes sense. Thank you for taking your time to correct the situation and reach out to me. It is apparent that the manager truly cares about the gym.
