  • Had damage to my 2017 Ford Explorer from road debris. I was skeptical early on, especially after Chris, my estimator for Gerber mention having a protective film put on, something I had shared with my insurance adjuster that I had planned to do when I bought the SUV new early Dec but because of the holidays and my travel plans to Scottsdale, it just didn't get done. Honesty is something hard to find in the auto industry whether buying or repairing your vehicle nowadays. Chris was being honest with me about my SUVs paint and I appreciate that. For some reason this location (Raintree) is not on my insurances preferred list and for my insurance warranty I can't have my work performed here. The rating they have is well deserved in my opinion.
