  • As with all chains, I prefer to review this Buca compared to other locations and have that weigh heavily on the rating. The service here is slow. When I walked through the kitchen they seemed very confused and disorganized. The carpets are old, worn, and dirty. Restrooms are not terribly clean, and in need of a major update. The food is OK - cookie cutter to all Bucas. Reasonably good. Too bad it took an hour for food to show up. "Only if you have to."
