  • Lived here for a short period of time while house was being built. I had a list of needs in an apt. and this place checked every box. The neighborhood was very nice, took walks every night. The apartment unit itself was standard; 1 bedroom decent size for 2 people. Complex was quiet and had nice grounds. Did not get a chance to enjoy the pool but it looked nice (sand entry). Fitness room looked small and had little equipment. Very lenient pet policy, no breed/weight restrictions which is difficult to find. Friendly and helpful office staff. Close to Chandler mall and freeway. Garages available. Great price.
