  • We are new to the Concord area, and didn't have anyone to watch our 3 kitties when we were going on vacation. I did some research, and came across Little Friends. I read great review after great review. I bit the bullet, and went to their portal system, and filled out a request. The portal system was super helpful and easy to navigate, and when I got my price back, I was shocked at how affordable it was!!! Melissa R. was our assigned sitter, and she promptly got in touch with me to set up a consult. When we met, she was super personable, professional, likeable, and took lots of notes, and asked questions I hadn't thought about. One of our cats took to her instantly, and the second one eventually allowed her to pet him. Our third little guy is very nervous, so he just kept his distance. The portal system is wonderful. It lets you know a time stamp of when your sitter visits your residence. It also confirms that food was given, water was refilled, litter was scooped, etc. The best part was getting notes from Melissa R. She would let us know what each cat was doing, and also took the time to take sweet pictures of them. We were kept informed of everything. It was super positive, reassuring, and definitely put our minds at ease so we could enjoy vacation. I would recommend Little Friends in a heartbeat. We will definitely use them again in the future. I also highly recommend Melissa R. She obviously loves animals, and it shows in her work and caregiving.
