rev:text	My groomer had moved to Cali and I was in need of a groomer before the holidays... So I found about Samy's through Yelp, and by the reviews it was assuring that my dog may be in good hands, so I had my husband take my baby to get groomed... After I got home my dog had been home... When I saw him I was so shocked.. My dog looked so messy and dirty... He had patches of long hair and patches of short hair where you can see the razor cut... When my husband dropped him off he read my message to the groomer and showed pictures of exactly how I wanted him and he came home looking nothing like that... I requested them to lightly trim his ears and they shaved his ears short... His nails were trimmed so short I wonder if he yelped, he had little red marks through out his body... After seeing my poor baby i was heart broken and angry so I called to complain and the guy said my dog was difficult because HE WAS SHAPED WEIRD!! From that I was furious, how is it that I get him groomed from a puppy till now and this is my first time hearing about this? He informed me that he was difficult cause his shape and that there wasn't much he can do... At the end he said what do you want me to do? Want to bring your dog back and I'll cut his hair shorter... He did not listen to me he just did what he wanted and when I complained he did not listen again... Even though he offered a free shave I will NEVER COME BACK! My dog looked so bad I have a new appointment with a new groomer just to shave him down. Take my advice don't take your dog here...
