  • The staff here are lovely, caring people. It was time for our sweet Charlie to cross the rainbow bridge and we remembered how kind and caring they were with a similar situation that we had in the past. Dr. Kendra Roberts and her staff were so understanding, sweet, and knew exactly what to say and do to make our distressing visit bearable. A few days ago we even received a sympathy card from them (as well as a paw print for our family members. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone and everyone to entrust their pets here.
