  • Stopped by for the first time on 10/23/15. I have never bought meats from a true butcher before and they were very understanding and helpful and waited patiently as i tried to decide what I was going to purchase. All the fresh meats looked amazing. I purchased ground beef, Iowa pork chops, pork cutlets, prime rib eye and NY strip, huge chicken wings and chorizo. The chicken wings were the moistest wings ever and the steaks grilled perfectly! I cant wait to try everything else. Fine meats and great service, I will definitely be back.
