  • I'm going to be nice and say this location was definitely different than the rest. I usually go to the Tempe or Awatukee stores and they never disappoint. The portion size are always good enough to get me full and their speed through their customers has me out in no time. Plus the flavor of both meats are hot and fresh. Today at this particular location when we went it, it was completely empty. The young girl that attended to us looked pretty new but she still needs a lot of training to do. First with the rice portion that was not even a full scoop. Then when she went for the chicken she literally picked one piece at a time and then asks her manager if that looks like enough ? If you have to ask then it probably needs a little more. She had no sense of urgency even when more people started coming in after. The beef that was served was not fresh since it was really dark as if it was cooked way earlier. By the end of my meal I was still hungry and sad that I couldn't enjoy my spicy fix. The Tempe and Awatukee locations definitely set the bar high so hopefully this store will catch up.
