| - Best barbeque in Vegas, as far as I'm concerned! You'll see plenty of awards and accolades on their walls inside the (decidedly small) dining area, and you'll soon realize why they've earned them. It may be hard to find, but this place is worth the journey.
The most important thing I'd recommend is to go there on an odd day, like a tuesday or wednesday night, because on their busier peak periods the food isn't as fresh, I think they may just make huge batches of the common items and put them under heat lamps. If you go there for lunch you're guaranteed the freshest meats. And wow, are they worth it.
The meats are tender and flavorful, from the ribs that are soft and juicy, to the crisp snap of their spicy sausage. Their sides are to die for, particularly the loaded mashed potatoes and the baked beans. And you absolutely have to save room for dessert, their homemade banana pudding is a gift from the cosmos. It's simply unbelieveable. I'd recommend getting one of their multiple meat platters and sharing it, to get the full spectrum of what's on offer here.
