| - I was just there on Saturday, and the car wash came to a halt while I was in it! No idea what was going on for about 10 to 15 seconds, and then all of a sudden the machines turned back on, full force! There was no gradual start up. Once I got out I asked what was going on and was told they had to press the emergency stop, because the line was too long. I told them I would have gladly waited at the start of the car wash, until the line died down!
The supervisor Trey was called over, and he tells me they have gotten complaints about that same problem, from other customers, and his general manager will not do anything about it. When I asked for the GM's name, he asked me if I'd like to speak with him, Darren. After my car was dried, still no Darren, so I went in the gas station. Instead of Darren, I got Ally. Ally blamed the workers, in that they should have told me what was going on.
My wife and I left and examined the car more, once we got home, and found needle size marks on the top half of the passenger side doors. When I called back to the car wash to speak with Darren and have him e-mail me an insurance claim form, Trey tells me Darren asked to take my information and he'll call me back. To make it short, I was dealing with an unprofessional, childish "General Manager", who refused to speak with me in person, nor over the phone. As well as, still no insurance claim form. I went through my own insurance, and now we wait. Definitely can say, I will never be going back, after going ritually for almost 5 years.
