  • I lived here for over two years and saw this place go from great to downright awful. Moved in late 2011 and left in mid 2013. There was a change of ownership that happened about halfway through and it just went downhill from there. I don't know if the new management fired all of the old staff and replaced them or if the old staff quit. It was seriously a night and day change. If they really had any sort of community standards they were willfully ignored or not enforced. The neighborhood just really got bad, people literally growing trash on the sidewalks, leaving trash bags laying around. My new car was keyed and the valve stem caps stolen the first night I had it home. The apartments themselves are nice, it is really a shame that the neighborhood is just trashy.
