| - Worst experience I have ever had in my entire life of ever going to the movies, point blank period. There was a kid/teen blatantly talking throughout the film. He wasn't even whispering, just straight up talking like he was hanging out at home amongst friends. He was with a group who was laughing while he was talking/swearing. The theater wasn't packed. No one else seemed to complain, probably considering everyone else there were teens as well & think that kind of thing is cool. It was very annoying because it was during a scary film-- he would talk to the screen like the character could hear him "this b**** is dumb, I wouldn't go in there if I were her, f*** that" etc etc. Just like that scene in Scary Movie where the lady just ruins it for everyone. A worker only came in once to monitor, and the kid shut up for the 1 minute he was there. We paid $23 + $7 popcorn to hear some kid talk for an hour, until we walked out. My spouse sent the supervisor a complaint, who apologized, & gave us re-admission passes to use for any movie anytime. Though I wish he would have sent a worker in to kick his butt out, the tix will have to do. Maybe we will just finish that film when it hits Netflix. I gave 2 good stars because of the service of this particular representative & the rewards club. Definitely sign up for the Regal Rewards, on this recent trip I received a free movie voucher & free small soda voucher, which I used to upgrade to a large for $1. You get points for every purchase and for doing online surveys for the movie you watched.
