We called everything and filed a complaint just for no one to ever call us back. This company is so backwards, everyone should stay as far away and keep there pets farther.

Hi David - I forwarded your comments and concerns to the local hospital and field leadership for review and it's my understanding that the practice manager had called and spoken with you on Wednesday August 27th to address your concerns. Would you like to me to request that the hospital reach back out to you to address further concerns? I apologize that your experience with us was not satisfactory, but at this time we feel that this concern is best resolved at the hospital level.

So, when we "filed a complaint" it just goes back to the hospital that we had the issues with? That is pretty backwards, so not sure what you were looking to accomplish here. The concern has not been resolved at the hospital level, is there a higher level than that? Because that's what we filed a complaint about? No, we do not want to be contacted by the hospital again, just pissed I have to keep paying for my pets insurance. Just waiting for it to run out at this point, and I will do all that I can, to make sure no one else goes through this again. Banfield is a horrible company. So enjoy.
