As one enters, it is difficult not to compare this store to a department store at the mall. The one word that would describe the majority of the clothes here is fashionable. If a little time is invested treasures can be found.
DI also has a good selection of furniture. Some is old looking, but, they still have years of use in them. When I visit this place often I am amazed at the wood furniture found here. Yes, this is a thrift store, but, within a few visits one can expect to find that nice corner table.
The customers here are a mix of treasure hunters and wise frugal immigrants that want the look, but, without the high prices. I should also note that their selection of women's shoes is extensive too.
They accept cash and plastic and they help load large items. Should you wish to donate items, they only accept items in good condition. It doesn't have to be pretty just keep in mind that the more items DI sells the more they can help our community.
