Typically my trips to CVS have been mediocre, however the last month the service is going from bad to worse. I have dropped off the scripts for medicine at 4:30 PM and was told I needed to allow them 2 hours to fill the medicine. I advised I was just discharged from the hospital and request not to make multiple trips- and go home to rest. So I called at 6:50 PM which was 2+ hours from the previously promised time. When I called I was advised they need another 20 minutes to fill the prescriptions. It is 7:45PM and guess what- I was told they need another 15 minutes. I have explained to them that I am exhausted and in pain- my family is exhausted from spending the time at the hospital. There wasn't an apology nor empathy.
In the past this CVS was able to provide decent customer service- as I had moved my prescriptions from Walgreens---well it may be time to shop around again.... As I mentioned earlier that there was good experiences here however i believe there was a change of staffing which is causing me to shop around.... Seriously just communicate realistic deadlines and stop the song and dance.
