| - Make sure you ask from the beginning what are the terms of any bundle. I originally bundled with Directv and what a mess,,,,It took 4 months to get the payment, to the point, they originally offered, I ended up paying over $200. more in that 4 month period.
After my year was up, and payment doubled. I asked both Centurylink and Directv to seperate bills and I changed plans with both. Centurylink was still sending bill for both and I was also getting bill from Directv.... Yes paying even more and each saying they will credit acct..... lol
After 4 months of paying both and Centurlink still not seperating bill, Like the new contract I made with them in May. Part of that conrtract was to send me a bill, with contract info,,,,,I still have not rcvd this. I have spent over 15 hrs online or on the phone, sent to everry dept,,,,All I wanted to do was pay the centurylink only bill. They wouldn't do it online or phone. I finally went into this center. I explained the situation to gentleman there. He said that was impossible. Yet when he pulled up my acct it had Directv in Bill, but also said was seperated months ago. I paid the net bill only and asked again to send bill and contract. I just checked the Centurylink site and they show I now owe a late fee and it still shows Directv on it.
This company and it's service sucks,,,,,the MPS always changing and lowers during certain times.....Almost always have to reset weekly.....
I welcome anyone from Centurylink to contact me to resolve your mistake before I take you and Directv to court..... .
I have all bills and interaction with both and it needs resolving now.
