  • This company has terrible customer service and is NOT worth calling because they don't return phone calls. I live in NYC and own a home in Charlotte, NC. Both my tenant and I called them multiple times to confirm an appointment. They didn't return our calls and then showed up at the wrong time on the wrong date. When they did finally come to the home, they told me it was a $300 fix. After 5 weeks of waiting for a part they told me would take 5-7 business days, they came to the house to complete the repair only to inform me the cost would be $1100. I called and asked for a manager who never returned my calls. I honestly don't know how they stay in business.
