rev:text	the first time I went in the office was a horrible experience I was there with my nine-year-old and the front office was yelling at me about not finishing or even doing the paperwork they sent her name was Roxanne! I absolutely felt degraded embarrassed and yet my daughter needs to be seen. When the doctor arrived he was seemed Pleasant and helpful, but I really felt so awful about the way I was treated in the front office it felt as though it was a reflection on dr. Hurley so I talked to him about it. The next time I decided to see dr. Hurley because he seemed Pleasant and knowledgeable with my daughter so I knew to be prepared for paperwork that I was never explain to me from Roxanne the first time and of course she didn't but I was ahead of the game so I made sure I had all the paperwork filled out I went into the office I waited probably an hour to be seen I was early for my appointment and I still waited an hour. Then the doctor came in and said he was going to do this test and that I needed a CT scan and I have to reschedule for that and the test he just starts charging at me with this tube at my face while I suffer from post-traumatic stress after being hit by a truck many years ago and things coming at me without preparation is a very traumatic experience he didn't tell me he was coming or what he was going to do charge at me I still let him do the test I still trusted him at this point and then I had to interrupt Roxanne on the phone she seems to be having a good time on the phone. And then I told her I had to schedule for the CT scan she insisted I go to their other office I actually said no I'm not very good driving in Scottsdale I prefer to come back to this office I'm disabled DC accessible she said oh no the other office is. I finally reluctantly agreed because I was actually I stayed very nice. Now I'm at the new office I can't figure out I'm walking I can't find the office it's huge and then I see the doctor walking and I recognize him, and he help me find the office I waited about a half an hour paid my $25 copay walked in the asked why I was there and I said you told me you wanted to see me for a CT scan we don't do CT scans here at the other office the one where Roxanne insisted I don't go!!! Needless to say they took my $25 copay did nothing and didn't say sorry let's reschedule it you've already paid no now I'm receiving a $30 bill that I owe them and I promise you this! I have called the office nobody ever answers the phones I leave a message five different times 5 total five and no one has gotten back to me to reschedule that CT scan they'll see that $29 that they don't didn't earn stole my 25 I didn't get the CT scan and I'm going to other doctors now what happened to First Do no harm dr. Hurley she was definitely a reflection of you at first I was hoping she wasn't I thought I was ahead of the game you sure taught me that if your office is running your office people then you're useless nobody gets back to me but I keep receiving bills and I make appointments that don't get done even though I show up you've got a rating of an average of 3 that I saw on some other site free those people are being nice but again they probably weren't sense tortured and abused to the wrong office
