This buffet is right up there with the Wynn (dinner) Buffet and the Bellagio (brunch) Buffet.
We went to this buffet one night for dinner and one afternoon for brunch to try it out. *TIP* if you sign up for the Cosmopolitan Players card (which is not connected with any other players card) you get an opportunity to spin the wheel and win a buffet meal (or a spa day pass, slot play, etc.).
What sets this one apart is the food, comes in little small plate sizes which is fun and makes it easy to share with others at your table. The food was good quality (it's not going to be 5 star quality to respond to all of those crazy reviews on here the expect that); I'd say it's almost at the quality of Wynn, but they do have different items which puts it in par with Wynn in my opinion.
There are no crab legs @ brunch and at dinner they are just snow crab, not king crab legs. Not a big deal for me, b/c there is so much other stuff to eat and... I'm not a crazy Asian lady :)
The desserts were on par with the other top notch buffets, they do have choc. covered strawberries (although they weren't the best, but it's not in season anyways)... the highlight is prob their variety of gelato.
For brunch I definitely recommend the slab of bacon by the meat carvery section! Delicious and a must have! and you can also add on unlimited champagne drinks and bloody marys for only $8.
All in all, i'd say it's in the same category as Wynn and Bellagio, just slightly different -- so I guess it depends on your personal tastes as to which you'd prefer.
