  • We replaced about 1,500 sq ft of carpet in our home and Tom went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. He's been in the business, locally, for over 30 years and knows his stuff. I shopped around for quotes and visited multiple stores looking at options and getting quotes. Tom ultimately helped me decide on a product that met my budget and and the quality I was looking for. I spent about a week doing research and he helped answer any additional questions I had. When it came down to it and I decided on the carpet I wanted, he beat EVERYONE's price in town (and I got a lot of quotes for the same carpet/padding). He's very honest, up front, stands behind his work, and it's obvious that he cares about his customers. His installers did a phenomenal job and did not cut corners. I would highly recommend him for all your flooring needs.
