Just left this service after 9 months of inconsistent deliveries and terrible communication. I've called their customer service line at least five times to try to straighten out how much water we're supposed to get, when the delivery should happen (during our open hours would be nice!), and why I didn't get my delivery on time. After our last delivery was one week late with no communication as to why or when it was coming, I called and texted the delivery guy and the customer service number. It was supposed to come Monday. Then Tuesday. Then Wednesday I cancelled my service. Of course they could not give me a refund or any credit for not having water (for now two weeks). It's Sunday and I still have my five empty jugs and water dispenser.
