  • I have been coming here for many years and normally I would give ten stars if I could but the receptionist/manager is completely rude and does not know how to manage situations properly .I came in with my gift card and sat waiting for 20 minutes waiting to pay after my eye brows had gotten done andThe girl who did my brows got wax all over my face so I looked like a fire engine.After telling them I have a flight to catch for 20 minutes the "manager" never offered a sorry and I asked to speak to a manager and she said I am the manager.I told her the person above you on the phone she laughed and hung up with her boss and proceeded to tell me ok we got it figured out thanks bye.I was so upset I paid and left.I am waiting for the owner to call me so I can decide if I will be coming back.I don't pay good money to be completely disrespected.I love my brow lady so I hope this can be fixed.
