  • I was in LV for my daughters 21st birthday day, I took all her friends and myself to get our makeup done. My Artist (questionable) was the absolute worst!! She spent about 25 minutes with me after starting 20 minutes Late. I believe her name was Tia. She did a half assed job and it was terrible!! I have been complaining to customer service for 4 months, but because they are a freestanding store apparently they don't follow the same guidelines as the stores inside a JCPENNEY store. I have NEVER got a respond from the management at this store. I have gone to Sephora's all over and have never been so disrespected as I was in this store!!! Beware of Tia and the management!! All they want is your MONEY!!
